Our 100% Cotton Twill 3/1 fabric is reactive dyed at 60ºC for fast color retention or vat dyed at 90ºC for superior color fastness. The fabric is mercerized and sanforized (pre-shrunk) to enhance durability and minimize shrinkage. Featuring a special twill weave, it offers exceptional resistance to abrasion while maintaining comfort and breathability, thanks to its natural cotton composition. It can be machine-washed at a maximum temperature of 85ºC or dry-cleaned, preserving its color and shape after each wash.
Our 65% Polyester and 35% Cotton Twill 2/1 fabric is designed for long-lasting performance, offering excellent color stability and resistance to washing and abrasion. This fabric can be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC or dry-cleaned, maintaining its color integrity over time.

KITCHEN WEAR
Crafted from 100% Cotton Twill 3/1, this fabric undergoes industrial washing with chlorine treatment at 90ºC for fast color retention. It is mercerized and sanforized (pre-shrunk) to enhance durability and prevent shrinkage. The special twill weave ensures exceptional abrasion and shrinkage resistance, while its natural fiber composition provides comfort and breathability. It can be machine-washed at up to 85ºC or dry-cleaned, maintaining its color and dimensions with each wash. An optional antibacterial finish is available to eliminate germs during the washing process.

WINTER & RAIN CLOTHING
External Material: 100% Nylon with PU Coating / Rubber Coated Parachute for superior water resistance and showerproof capabilities.
Padding Material: Polyester Wadding in 100-Germs, 150-Germs, or 200-Germs options for optimal insulation.
Internal Material: Silk Lining or Self-Fabric made from 65% Polyester and 35% Cotton Twill 2/1, providing a durable, long-lasting fabric that maintains color stability and offers resistance to washing and abrasion.
Special Finish: Water-repellent and showerproof coating for added protection.
Certified to EN 342:2004, this garment is designed to protect against harsh environmental conditions, including cold, humidity, and wind, at air temperatures below –20ºC. The specific lining and advanced technical features allow the garment to breathe while ensuring warmth and comfort for the wearer in extreme conditions.
HI-VISIBILITY
Made from 100% Cotton, 80% Polyester / 20% Cotton, or 100% Cotton, our Hi-Visibility fabric complies with EN-471 standards, ideal for tasks requiring high-visibility, such as traffic control, security, event marshaling, driving, construction, road work, and wet-weather tasks. We use 3M Scotchlite tape based on customer specifications for enhanced visibility.
EN 471:2003 Standards outline the requirements for protective clothing designed to visually signal the wearer’s presence. These garments ensure high visibility in hazardous situations, both in daylight and when illuminated by vehicle headlights at night. The standards also specify performance criteria for fluorescence, retroreflection, minimum material areas, and the arrangement of the material on the protective clothing to ensure maximum visibility and safety.
